04 · billing questions
How payment works.
Do I pay PRVTC or the provider?+
In the product model, you hold AIU and authorize a job. AIU settles to the provider on a signed receipt; PRVTC may take a settlement fee under final Team terms.
What happens to unused authorization?+
It refunds automatically. Settlement can never exceed the metered receipt or the locked amount.
Can I cap spend per team or project?+
Yes. Org wallets support per-team and per-model budgets, plus request-bound caps so agents can't overrun.
How do I top up?+
Card or invoice intake is planned for Team and Enterprise. Balances are modeled as a single number spent across compatible providers.
